Industrial Timber Company SIBLES IMPEX LLC is one of the largest woodworking plants in Russia. Industrial engineering is based on the materials processing with the help of modern and reliable equipment, which was purchased and installed in 2015. Our woodworking complex efficiency is 200 cubic meters of round wood per working shift.

    ITC SIBLES IMPEX LLC makes use of the following key machinery:

1. KRAFTER two-shaft chain-feed scraggy edger. This saw disc possesses great power and makes log conversion. It goes from tilting machine and log frame. Sawing height is 22 cm which allows effective conversion with any log. Saw discs have minor diameter providing a minimum thickness for re-sawing. The edger is equipped with two engines, capable of developing high production efficiency. The company uses it as first-level equipment.

2. Multiple saw DC-210 is used for two-, three-, four-side edged logs cutting. Up to 10 saws may be utilized at one time. The material width is 80 cm which is sufficient even for timber frames cutting, resulting in overall accredited products. Its optimum application is in the wood processing industry, workshops, as second-level equipment.

3. MKS-1000 edge trimmer, completed with laser guide is used in industrial wood processing for trimming and nesting dimension stock (edged / unedged), which has 100 cm wide. There is a scale for height adjustment of logs with different width. Laser indicators help in making a sighting line during log cutting.

 All the elements mentioned above are connected with each other with the help of drive elevators, feed system transferring, end product and wastage delivering on the sorting belt.

 Sawing on the complex gives the opportunity to produce board lumber of the highest quality which meets international standards. The process is performed with cutting instruments– a saw disc, the outer diameter of which has teeth and guides for a tightly fixed log rotation. Both softwood and hardwood types are available for processing. In cold seasons, the work is performed in a standard regime with excellent results throughout the whole year.

 The sawing surface has an ideal smoothness. There is no need in additional shaping. Efficiency rate is rather high, which ends in large orders realization within a short period of time. Mill operation is necessary only once every 7 days at an intensive working rate of work.

  Manufacturing timber complex is served by craftsmen and classifiers. Our staff consists of 25 specialists. Our supply of wood purchases comes from local timberland holders and to Osynsky forestry establishment.
