An increasing trend in the use of environmentally friendly materials created a demand for readily accessible and high-quality materials for the construction and the production of furniture.

Therefore, it is not coincidental that Industrial Timber Company SIBLES IMPEX LLC, has chosen its location in one of the richest woodlands of Siberia, the Russkiye Yanguty village, situated 150 kilometres from the city of Irkutsk.

Timber – is an eco-friendly material which does not require any additional finishing. We propose to buy a timber of such noble sorts of wood as Siberian larch, Angara pine and birch. These timbers are ideal for edged and unedged planks.  Our raw materials are sourced solely from reliable suppliers of official tenants of forests. Furthermore, we cooperate with the enterprise “Osa forestry”, guaranteeing the supplying of the finest quality timber. As such, we are ready for long-term cooperation with our customers, which we hope will be mutually beneficial.

Our wood processes are carried out using modern, Russian industrial equipment purchased from the company "KAMI-Centre". This allows us to have control over the supplied products and improve the level of professionalism in our woodworking complex.

 Our woodworking complex consists of two shaft shredder machines with track feeding «CRAFTER», multirip machine DS-210 and the edge-trimmer MKS-1000 with laser rays connected with system of mechanization in the form of drive roller conveyors, conveyers with diverters mounted in June - August of this year, provides high performance up to 200 m3 per shift. Disk saws are used to obtain flawless geometric patterns on the timber with high-quality machined surface corresponding to export standards. The work is performed by a team consisting of three machine operators and 14 sorters. Our staff undergo additional specialized training to improve their qualifications.

 The company also plans to install the drying chambers with the volume of 240 cubic meters in order to improve product quality and increase customer base.

The adjusted work with transport logistics ensures timely delivery to any destination both to the domestic consumer, and to the consumer from the country of the CIS, China and Europe. Delivery of the finished timber is performed in a manner agreed with the Buyer. This can be the railway lines or motor transport on the conditions of EXW, DAP, CIP, in accordance with Incoterms 2010.

 Today there is an active preparation for the voluntary environmental certification for enterprise`s access on the global market. This preparation will be held by the leader of international companies "Forest Certification". 

FSC - an independent forest certification guarantees:   rational processing into finished products; the compliance with state standards and standards ISO; the consumer has the information on the used wood; the legitimacy of processing and sale of timber; preservation of renewable sources; observance of the rights of local people.
